Appointments are required to try on dresses. No walk-ins will be accepted.
We respectfully require that each client be accompanied by only one guest over the age of 12.
At this time, no children under the age of 12 may be admitted to the salon.
ALL customers and employees will be required to take a digital temperature scan upon arrival. Those with a fever of 99.6 or higher will not be allowed into the store. If you or anyone that lives with you is not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment for another date.
ALL customers and employees MUST wear a face mask, if you do not have a face mask then we will provide you with one. In addition everyone will be required to either wash their hands or use hand sanitizer upon entering the salon.
Appointments last 45 minutes. Please arrive on time as we cannot extend your time if you arrive late.
We need time to disinfect and prepare before the next appointment arrives.
We ask that the client and guest stay in the designated area and not browse thru stock. Your stylist will bring selections to you from which you may select dresses to try on. We request that your guest assist you with the try on process if necessary.
As always, all prom shoppers must be accompanied by their own parent or guardian over 21.
No food or drink is allowed into the store.
Credit card information will be taken to reserve the appointment, however, your credit card will not be charged unless you do not show or do not cancel your appointment 24 hours prior.
If you do not show or do not cancel 24 hours in advance a $50 inconvenience fee will be charged to you.
